General Terms and Conditions (abbreviated to "GTC", non-standard language often also "GTCs", "AGB's" or "AGBen") are all pre-formulated contractual conditions for a variety of contracts, which one contracting party (the user) provides to the other contracting party when concluding a contract.

It does not matter whether the provision forms an externally separate part of the contract (colloquially called "the fine print") or is included in the contract document itself.
